Description:
This group class is for adults with developmental disabilities. Activities include active games, various sports (basketball, floor hockey, etc.), and exercise. Participants must be mobile and are encouraged to work at their own pace.
Guardians and/or caregivers will need to complete an intake form for the participant on the day of their first class. Guardians and/or caregivers may stay for the class if the participant needs one-on-one attention. Staff and designated volunteers will run the program with 1 staffer responsible for 5 participants.
