Fall Programs will resume at the end of September!
Until then we have decided to extend the FREE fitness, yoga and Karate classes on the slab of the Jim Tubman Chevrolet Rink for another 4 weeks.
No registration necessary!
Doors open mornings at 9:00am, evenings at 5:45pm
Schedule: September 1 – 24, 2020
Tuesdays Fitness: 9:15 – 10:15 am (with various instructors)
Tuesdays Yoga: 6:15 – 7: 45 pm (with Kate)
Wednesdays Fitness: 6:15 – 7:30 pm (with various instructors)
Thursdays Karate (with Richard)
6:00 – 6:45 pm: Karate for Kids (age 8 – 15)
7:00 – 7:45 pm: Karate for Adults (age 16+)
8:00 – 8:45 pm: Cardio Muay Thai (age 16+)
Participants will be required to complete a self-assessment for COVID-19 symptoms and agree to the participant liability waiver before being allowed entrance to the class. Entry will be denied for anyone who answers as a risk from the self-assessment questionnaire.
Classes are free, but numbers will be limited to ensure physical distancing can remain in place for all participants not living in the same household or part the same social circle. Wear a Mask while registering, but Masks are not required during the class.
These outdoor classes will be offered rain or shine on the covered rink.
There will no access to the main building, so bathrooms and change rooms will not be available.
Yoga and fitness participants need to bring their own mats.
Don’t forget to bring water!
