HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) involves bursts of high energy activity, followed by a period of rest or low intensity activity. The class will include cardio warm up; the HIIT portion can include exercises such as high knees, burpees, mountain climber and jumping jacks.
STRENGTH MIX: A complete workout to strengthen and tone all muscle groups while improving balance using hand weights and bands. (Participants will need to bring their own equipment.)
TRI FIT: Dynamic, fast-paced class that includes cardio, strength, and flexibility training.
ZUMBA: This is a cardiovascular workout, combining fun dance movements with fantastic Latin music. You will have so much fun you’ll forget you’re working out.
