Absolute Beginner Yoga
Never practiced yoga? This class is designed as an introduction to yoga practice in a supportive environment and is welcoming to the apprehensive student. If you want a gentle way to learn more about yoga, this class is for you.

Gentle Yoga
Increase flexibility and strengthen through a combination of centering and breathe work, warm-up stretching, gentle hatha postures, and guided relaxation.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga improves mental and physical health through relaxation, breathing, and stretching. An enjoyable and effective approach to managing stress and improving strength, flexibility, concentration & overall wellness.

Kundalini Yoga
Known as the yoga of awareness, this is a meditative yet energizing practice. Each class includes tuning in to yourself (tuning out the stress of the world),  centering, dynamic stretching and mobility movement medicine, breathe work, deep relaxation, and meditation. Experience your self deeply and notice a transformation towards physical strength, flexibility, mobility, heightened awareness and mental clarity.

Yin Yoga
Yin postures are held for three to five minutes giving the body opportunity to open/release tension from deeper tissues allowing us to be still in meditation. The practice works with our energetic body clearing blockages in meridians, increasing the flow of prana or chi and improving the health of our organs. Connective tissues, ligaments, tendons and bones all benefit greatly from this practice. Yin Yoga is suitable for most levels of students. Please advise your teacher of any physical limitations.

Yoga Flow
The sequences offered in the Yoga Flow style of practice are designed to generate heat, build strength, and increase flexibility. Drawing from its roots in traditional Ashtanga Vinyāsa practice, this course will offer creative, flowing, breath-based postural sequences to challenge and inspire. Adaptations will be offered to help you to personalize your practice.

Yoga with Myofascial Release
This class will integrate myofascial release to enhance our exploration of postural sequences and breathing exercises. Each class will include guided self-massage using therapy balls to awaken and restore your body. Props will be offered to fine-tune postural practice to your body. Join us to experience this profoundly transformational practice!
