Note: Your progress will vary based on number of classes attended per week.

Youth Karate (7-14 yrs)
Life-changing self-defense, success strategies, and leadership system. Students learning defenses against front, back and ground attacks. They will build confidence, self-esteem, and learn to lead others, while having fun and developing friendships.

Adult Karate (15+ yrs)
Complete self-defense, and leadership system. Learn to defend yourself and your others ussing strikes, blocks, pressure points, throws, chokes, ground work, weapons, and more. Students will get stronger, more fit, and feel a sense of accomplishment.

Cardio Kickboxing (15+ yrs)
This is a fun, high-energy kickboxing-based workout to your favorite music. You punch and kick to full-body workouts, that take you out of your head and put you into your body. It burns your fat, builds lean muscle tissue, strengthens, tones, and tightens. It also builds your endurance, stamina, confidence, and relieves your stress. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and awesome.
