This class is designed for better health, stress relief, relaxation and to keep your body fit and flexible. We learn 24 Tai Chi forms that also encompass Qigong, along with breathing techniques that build internal energy while moving it through the body meridians. The flowing, mindful movements strengthen the body and oil the joints while improving mood and bone density. Easy and fun to learn. Students confirm each class leaves them refreshed, relaxed and energized.
