  • Tai chi is often described as “meditation in motion”

  • Qigongpronounced Chi Kung (Qi = Energy, Gong = Practice)

Level 1: Introduction to the 24 (Chen Style) Tai Chi forms and Qigong.

Level 2: Experienced students who have taken level 1 and wish to further their practice of the 24 (Chen Style) Tai Chi and Qigong forms.

You will also learn breathing techniques that build internal energy while moving it through the body meridians.

Both are a graceful form of exercise and meditation which energizes, relaxes, and rejuvenates your entire being.  It is easy to learn, suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and is performed standing or sitting.

Each class includes a warm-up, short meditation, proper breathing, flowing movements, invigorating self-massage, and energy cleansing exercise.  The flowing, mindful movements strengthen the body and oil the joints while improving mood and bone density.  Easy and fun to learn.  Students confirm each class leaves them refreshed, relaxed and energized.

  • All classes are delivered in the comfort of your home.

  • Our online classes are conducted by a live instructor via Zoom.

  • The Zoom meeting link will be sent a few days before the first class.
