Higher jumps, deeper pliés, tighter turns! 


In order to excel in any form of dance, you also need to focus on strength, balance and flexibility. This class will use targeted exercises to improve technique and proper execution of movements by strengthening the body’s core (abdominal and back muscles), improving coordination, balance, and flexibility.


This is an ALL LEVELS class open to dance students ages 9-17 years.
