Sit Fitness Stretch Fall 2019

Flexibility will be the main focus of this chair-based class. We will explore various types of stretching and flexibility techniques to improve range of motion and to release muscle tension, stiffness and to improve overall posture. Balance and core work will also be emphasized for fall prevention and to improve posture. Meditation and breathing techniques will be taught to encourage relaxation and wellness.
