Restorative yoga is a great complement to a busy lifestyle. Props are used so that you can hold the poses longer, allowing you to open your body through passive stretching. This kind of yoga can help you reduce stress, enhance immune function, balance the hormonal system and improve digestion. Start your week calm and renewed with active relaxation. Please bring a light blanket (approx. 80″ x 20″).Due to the hands on nature of this course, registration is limited to 10 students.
