Experience the benefits of a regular meditation practice. This course provides instruction in the basic techniques and theory for meditation and supports you in developing a home practice. It is suitable for those who are new to meditation as well as those who have been meditating for a while.Learn to increase your level of self-awareness, self-mastery, gain an overall sense of well being, live a more balanced and harmonious life and maintain optimal health to help you achieve your maximum potential. Classes will begin and end with a period of meditation.
