Known as the yoga of awareness, this is a meditative yet energizing practice. Each class includes tuning in to yourself (tuning out the stress of the world), warm-ups, breathing techniques (pranayam), an exercise set (kriya), deep relaxation, chanting, and meditation. Experience your self deeply and notice a transformation towards physical strength, heightened awareness and mental clarity.
