Description:
This Fitness Pass includes all classes in the Adult (FIT) and Older Adult (GOLD) fitness programs and the Cardio Gold Zoom Package.
Take as many in-person fitness classes as you like throughout the session. Plus, you will have access to the Cardio GOLD class with Krista delivered in the comfort of your home via Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:15am. At least two class recordings will be available for you to access on Zoom throughout the week at your convenience.
*Please show your receipt for your pass purchase at your first class. You may show a paper receipt or an electronic receipt.
*The Zoom meeting link will be sent a few days before the first class.
