The flowing, mindful movements strengthen the body and oil the joints while improving mood and bone density. Easy and fun to learn. Students confirm each class leaves them refreshed, relaxed and energized.

Yin Yoga
Yin postures are held for three to five minutes giving the body opportunity to open/release tension from deeper tissues allowing us to be still in meditation. The practice works with our energetic body clearing blockages in meridians, increasing the flow of prana or chi and improving the health of our organs. Connective tissues, ligaments, tendons and bones all benefit greatly from this practice. Yin Yoga is suitable for most levels of students. Please advise your teacher of any physical limitations.
