Hatha Yoga All Levels Sunday Winter 2018

Hatha Yoga improves mental and physical health through relaxation, breathing and stretching. An enjoyable and effective approach to managing stress, improving strength, flexibility, concentration and useful in improving overall wellness.  Mats, blocks and bands provided.  People with high or low blood pressure should advise their doctor they are starting a yoga program.
