(Group Fitness for the Older Adult)

This is a comprehensive program designed to improve your aerobic conditioning, muscle strength and endurance, balance and co-ordination, flexibility and posture but most of all we like to have FUN! Our seasonal pass enables you to attend any class in the ENERGY PLUS schedule, thereby customizing a program suitable to your physical abilities and preferences.
Classes are listed as Level 1, Level 2* or All Levels. Level 1 is suitable for the beginner participant or anyone who may be experiencing health issues or limitations. Level 2 is for the advanced participant who has at least 6 months experience in the program and is not experiencing any significant physical limitations or issues. All Levels (as the name implies) is suitable for everyone.
(*Although intensity options will be given in all classes, the Level 2 classes are geared specifically to the advanced participant and the aerobic segment of this class will be longer in duration and more advanced in intensity.)
It is recommended that the first-time participant check with their doctor before participating in an exercise program.
