Never practiced yoga? This class is designed as an introduction to yoga practice in a supportive environment and is welcoming to the apprehensive student. If you want a gentle way to learn more about yoga, this class if for you. It is designed for beginners and is slower paced than an all-levels class. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes for this class; you just have to be willing to try.
