Please register at the above times to avoid the late registration fee and disappointment.

Special Events
The annual Gigantic Indoor Garage Sale is scheduled for Sunday, April 15, 2012, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. This is an amazing event which has the Centre pulsing with activity on that day. You won’t want to miss it! Call or e-mail to inquire regarding the status of “tables for sale”.

Again this year the Canterbury Community Association is sponsoring its Scholarship Program to recognize the efforts of the youth in our community who are graduating from high school in 2012 and pursuing post-secondary education. Application forms and information will be available at the Student Services Office of your local high school, at the Community Centre, or on our website (as of March 30, 2012).

Please note that Summer Camps held at the Canterbury Recreation Complex ARE NOT offered by the Canterbury Community Association. They are offered by the City of Ottawa. You may obtain information on summer camps by calling 613-247-4869.

The centre itself is a city-owned facility and is part of the Canterbury Recreational Complex which also includes the Canterbury Pool and the Brian Kilrea Arena.

The Canterbury Community Association (CCA) is responsible for developing and delivering the programming at the centre from September to June in three separate program sessions - Fall, Winter and Spring.

During the months of July and August, the City of Ottawa operates its summer camp program.

The CCA is proud to be able to work in partnership with the City of Ottawa in order to bring city residents a comprehensive programming schedule which involves all age groups and which is delivered by knowledgeable and experienced instructors in a caring and safe environment.

The CCA believes in working with its community partners in order to give local residents of all ages the programming and services they deserve!
